Ingredients:
- 1 TSP – Moringa Powder or ¼ cup of Fresh Moringa Leaves
 - 6 Sprigs – Curry Leaves or Sweet Neem Leaves, washed
 - 10 – Organic Spinach Leaves, washed
 - ¼ Cup – Parley, washed
 - 2-3 Sprigs – Mint, washed
 - 1 TBSP – Fenugreek leaves, washed
 - 3 – Whole Amla (Indian Goose berries), washed, deseeded & cut
 - 2-3 – Organic Granny Smith Apples, washed and cut
 - ¼ Cup – Filter water

Step 1
Add above ingredients to a Vitamix / high-speed blender with ¼ cup of water and blend to a smooth puree & strain it using a sieve
