This is one of my classic green juice recipes. You can easily incorporate this detox green juice to your morning rituals. “Sip Your Greens” requires basic green leafy, some fresh herbs and citrus fruit. This is a highly nutritious morning drink which has tons of health benefits. A super hydrating juice which keeps you full for longer time.
This green juice is packed with important vitamins and minerals needed for your body to work efficiently. Some of the advantages of this juice – high in antioxidants, boosts immune system, improves the health of eye/skin/hair. It may help reduce blood pressure and cancer cell growth. Good for gut and digestive tract. It is a natural laxative which aid with digestion.

- 1 Cup – Organic Spinach OR Kale, washed
- ½ Cup – Moringa Leaves, washed OR ½ TSP – Moringa Powder
- 1 – English Cucumber, washed and cut
- 4 Stalk – Organic Celery, washed
- ¼ Cup – Mint Leaves, washed
- 2 – Kiwi, peeled, washed & cut
Juice above ingredients in a cold-pressed slow juicer (I use Omega Nutrition System)
Alternatively, add above ingredients to a Vitamix or a high-speed blender with ¼ cup of filter water and blend to a smooth puree, strain it using a sieve.
Sip your daily dose of greens. Enjoy!
